Information concerning the exercise of the right of return 

(The right of withdraw of online purchase contract)

Right of return
» You have the right to return the goods you bought from our e-store within 14 days, without giving any reason.
» The return period expires in 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party authorized by you) receive the goods. 
» Due to health protection and hygiene reasons, we can only accept the goods back, in case:
         ·   they are in their original packaging
         ·   they have no traces of use, impaired appearance, or staining. 
» To exercise the right of return, you could notify us in one of the following ways:
         ·   by filling in a Withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory; or
         ·   by sending us an email: info@gamaorganica.com; or
         ·   by conventional mail to the following address: Gama Organica LTD, Bulgaria, postcode 2500, city of Kyustendil, 26 Peter Beron str.; phone number +359 899 72 31 32. 
» In order to meet the return deadline, it is sufficient to notify us within 14-days from the date of receiving the goods.

Effects of return
» If you decide to return goods bought via our e-store, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us.
» We shall reimburse the amounts paid not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to return the goods. 
» We may postpone the reimbursement until we receive the goods back or you provide us with proof that you have sent them back.
» We shall carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial online purchase unless you expressly agree to use other means of payment. In any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
» You shall send back the goods to us no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your decision for return. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-days period expires. Return address:

» Along with the goods, please, send us back an original document of purchase (cash receipt or invoice) and a filled-in Withdrawal form (in case not sent by email priorly). 
» The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the Customer.

» We provide a guarantee for the quality of our products within their shelf life and if the storage condition requirements indicated on the original packaging of the products are met.
» In case You consider that the products do not possess the typical characteristics or properties, including they are with damaged or non-functioning packaging upon delivery, you could make a complaint.
